- Shipping by Colissimo: 8 to 15 days. IMPORTANT!! You MUST open and check all of the merchandise before accepting the collection of your package, by signing the delivery note. If the delivery person refuses to give you time, you must NOTIFY this on HIS delivery note and yours, with the note “delivery person refuses to allow the goods to be checked”. If there is indeed any breakage noted after opening the package, you must notify us within 24 HOURS by email to info@permaterra.fr, attaching photos. Without these steps, no recourse will be possible with the carrier.
